Design Process:
1. General Rules*
1.1 From your answers on the questionnaire I will be able to have more of an idea of the scope of your project and your needs so I can give you a final price quote for your project and a tentative start date.
It is important to note that the price quote you receive is based on the scope and complexity of your project and the estimate of the time it will take us to complete it. I come up with this estimate from the the design brief you have filled out and any other information I have collected from you about your project. This is an initial price quote.
1.2 If after payment is made and work is started you decide to change the scope of your project, add any extra services or you misrepresented your needs on the design brief, you will be billed (usually upon project completion) for any extra time incurred over the initial project.
1.3 Payment is due prior to the start of any work. Depending on the project volume you will need to pay 50 – 100% of the price quote. If partial payment is made upfront, the final payment will be due upon project completion before complete control is handed ove rto client. PayPal is preferred however I may also accept Moneybookers.
1.4 Design proccess:
1.4.1 Deposit payment: Once the deposit payment has been completed, you will be contacted, usually for a fine tunning of the brief questions.
1.4.2 Timing and milestones: As a standard it takes between 5-7 working days to translate my brainstorming into graphic works. Please see the price table for more information.
1.4.3 Fast orders will have an additional fee up to 50% of the initial price.
* Note that General rules apply to each sector: logo design, web design, corporate identity, special projects.
2. Design delivery:
2.1 Logo Design
2.1.1 Once the client chose a design from the initial proposals he/she need to setup the final payment for my design services. Any additional costs will be added to the final bill – that in case any of the conditions from 1.2 are fulfilled.
2.1.2 Once final payment is made the files will be delivered in the following formats:
| Type | Format | Program |
|---|---|---|
| Vector | *.ai | Adobe llustrator |
| Vector | *.cdr (per request) | Corel Draw |
| Vector | *.eps | Various programs |

Other file formats must be specified before starting the project. If in case those formats are not mentioned in the initial brief then the project price will fall under article 1.2.
2.1.3 Any additional requests for editing the final files should be discussed separately.
2.1.4 I do not assume any responsibility of the printing results in case the final delivered files are altered by the client on purpose.
3 Web Design
3.1 Design
3.1.1 Please see General rules
3.1.2 Layout Design
After completing the questionnnaire the client will establish contact with the designer to define the main charctheristics of the web layout: grid, modules, elements and functionality where the case is.
After setting the price of the project and deposit payment made the designer will work with you and your answers from the design questionnaire to create a mock up of your new website. The designs will be sent to the client forsuggestions and/or approval. The communication between client and designer will be the key in this phase. More inormation provided the better as both parts want the prefect results.
Very important:
Design includes up to two mock-ups and up to 4 minor revisions to the final mock-up.
It is essential that, after the first mock-up, the client will list every change that they wish to be made for your final mock-up so that the designer may complete the task to client’s satisfaction
3.1.3 Final revisions
I have reserved this phase to the final. Here the client can ask minor tweaks:
-alignments
-slight page modules changes
-small design touches over page ellements
-small changes in: header, content, footer.
3.1.5 Files will be delivered in Photosho or Adobe Illustrator both layered. Illustrator will have the advantage that all will be vector format.
4 Rights and assignments
